Get Patriotic with Dollar Tree

I don't know about you all but this is my favorite part of the year: warm weather, planting flowers, gardening and backyard PARTIES. While I know some of you do not have the warm weather yet, the festivities are still underway. Whether indoors or outdoors, I have a few ideas to get you started planning.
