TRESemmé #ReverseYourRoutine Review

I received this Free for my unbiased review.

What is it?

Reverse wash, by conditioning first and then shampooing. The thought process behind the design is to wash out the heaviness that conditioner can leave behind with thin hair and create volume.
First though
Oh I love this smell!! Huge plus I can’t use anything that don’t smell good.  Why would they make the shampoo bigger? I know me and I know other girls who always run out of conditioner first. So why not make the conditioner bigger. Now that would be a good marketing advantage for someone. I know I’d buy sets if they did such a thing.

First Use

My brain kept waiting for the lather and for a split second I had forgot that it was reverse your routine.

I usually give a day play by play of my experience but since it was basically exactly the same I figured I would just summarize my review. Sadly, I am not seeing much results in my hair. While I absolutely love the smell, my hair looks the same as if I used my typical shampoo and conditioner minus a few things.
My hair does fell softer and the ends do not look as dry. I am just not getting any body what so ever.  I do get body in my hair if I blow dry it upside down but that’s with any brand. It is entirely too hot here to blow dry my hair, not to mention I don’t want to add more damage to my already semi-unhealthy hair.
My hair is natural curly at the ends and this has made the curls more dominant & less frizz. Not sure if I like the effect ONLY because I don’t like my hair curly.
This has benefits and it has things I don’t like. Will I buy this again? Probably not, because I can get the same look with a cheaper brand.

 Flag Day Nail Art #1
Easy - Patriotic Dots: Create your base with two coats of Myriam, a red crème polish. Let dry, then use a toothpick or a dotting tool to make dots with Brigette (the white polish), let dry completely, then add additional dots with Paulina (a peacock blue polish).
Remember to extend the life of your lovely new manicure with top coat!
Flag Day Nail Art #2
More Challenging - Stars and Stripes: On all nails, paint two coats of Myriam, your red polish. Let dry. On your accent nail, use scotch tape as a guide to paint even stripes of Brigette (your white polish). I always make guidelines with scotch tape for my lines, or else they often get squiggly! Let your lines dry, then with a toothpick, draw blue stars on your accent nail with Paulina (your blue polish).
Flag Day Nail Art #3
For a Pro - Red, White & Blue Waves: Slightly more advanced. Paint half of your nail with Myriam, your red polish, and add a scalloped edge. Let dry, then apply the white scalloped paint layer with Brigette. Let dry, then finish with a third scalloped layer of Paulina (blue). Optional: Add a touch a sparkle on top of the blue with Kirby. Be sure to finish with a top coat to make your mani last and shine!8-Piece Star-Spangled Beauty Gift PDP

Official Crazy

Officially Crazy
After months of playing go round with the people who were supposed to deliver our house it was told to us that when they went to move the house and bring it to us, the underneath of the house fell out. Like what? How does that happen? You mean you were ripping use off basically. I .wanted to drop f bombs left and right but maintained appropriate language.
So what now, you may ask. They are giving us a bigger, wider, and one more bedroom house to replace it and at the same price. My love was grinning ear to ear. I, on the hand was still pissed.
First and foremost, they have stalled for months which was completely unnecessary. Well, somewhat. I do understand that can’t move it in the rain and it has been raining a lot. But dam we paid in March.
Secondly, I feel as if we have been discriminated against and lied to due to the fact we weren’t buying a house brand new. Not right and such crap.
Lastly, I have no clue what this house looks like. GRANTED it’s bigger and we need the extra room, it just feels as if we were forced to get it. I know I liked the other house, this I have no clue.  Selfish? Maybe.
I don’t like this one bit and I feel officially crazy for not being happy that we get a bigger one which accommodates our needs better. Everyone else is excited and I’m over here like the sour puss.
What is wrong with me? Can I be that miserable of a person? Has my life’s past events made me bitter? While I don’t know these answers, I do know that those events do still affect me. I want to be happy. I want to let those things go and the majority I have let go off. But for some reason the cloud of depression always seeps in. I have no reason for it any longer. I have a great life and I am doing better than I ever have. Yet there is a cloud that won’t cease. I have realized through the years the effects of having depression, how to deal with them better, and how to deal with them WITHOUT medicine. I will not let this beat me, but still I feel crazy.
