Now lets talk cheese.......
Arla Dofino is made with only a few natural ingredients and no added hormones. Also, it is crafted by local farmers in Wisconsin. I was personally amazed at the variety. I had no clue so many different cheese exist. Here are the varieties can choose from: Havarti, Gouda, Edam, and Fontina.
I had no idea what to choose with so much variety. I inquired for recommendations, everyone seemed to say the same thing, Havarti. I looked and looked for this cheese and had almost thought that I was not going to find it, but I did. Matter of fact, it was the last one WalMart had.
As I hurried home with excitement, I thought about what to make. I decided that this would taste delicious in homemade mac and cheese. Needless to say, my family agreed. Everyones plates where fixed except mine, I went to do something and came back to an empty pot of macaroni. I did not say a thing.
A few minutes went by and the kids ask, "what happened with the mac and cheese." This was not surprising, everyone is never satisfied with the whole meal. However, this was not the case. They were asking because whatever I did, they said, do it again. That was the best macaroni and cheese they ever had. I laughed and reminded them that I wouldn't know since they ate it all of the mac and cheese.
I decided to try it again with a Jalapeno Havarti Queso dip. This time I had a plan for my family. I made this while everyone was asleep and I hid it in the back of the fridge, what was left after I got through sampling as I made it. This was going to be my snack after my studies.
The time came for my to indulge in this amazing dip, which I later used as a sandwich condiment. But when I went to find it, it was gone. I had no clue where it could have went. I hid it very well. As the day passed, I asked my soon to be hubby did he discover it and his reply was not a surprise. " I took it for lunch" the words echoed in my head. When I asked inquired why he had took it, cause I had his lunch ready. He simply stated that it was to good to pass up. I could not argue with that.
If you are looking for something healthy and something to add an amazing twist to your everyday foods, hit the store and look for Arla Dofino. The varieties are sure to suit everyone's hunger.
